To qualify for a return, you must provide a clear unpacking video showing the product as you open it. This video must be sent to hello@mindnmoods.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Process: Upon receiving and verifying the unpacking video, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.

  • Limitations: No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than damage upon opening.

 

2. Shipping

  • Timeline: All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Expected delivery of all orders will be within 3-4 business days. If there are any further delays in any order, the customers will be directly informed.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every order, allowing you to track your shipment’s progress.

  • Responsibility: Mindnmoods is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our facility.
